B&H Cook LLC respects user privacy. This policy describes the privacy approach for the B&H Cook LLC website and the Soteria PEVO™ iOS application.
Website
This website is a simple informational site. B&H Cook LLC does not intentionally use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics on this site. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process basic technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information and request logs.
Soteria PEVO™
Soteria PEVO™ is designed with local-first data storage. Operational information entered into the app—such as customers, jobs, trips, invoices, documents, photos and profile information—is intended to be stored locally on the user’s device rather than in a B&H Cook LLC remote application database.
Information may leave the device when the user deliberately uses an iOS sharing, export, email, messaging, mapping, backup or other system feature, or when a user has enabled an Apple service that independently stores or synchronizes device data. Those services are governed by the applicable provider’s privacy practices.
Permissions
When Soteria PEVO™ requests access to device features such as photos, camera, contacts, location, notifications or files, those permissions are requested only when needed to support the related app feature. Users can manage iOS permissions in Settings.
Information You Send Us
If you contact B&H Cook LLC by email or another communication channel, we receive the information you choose to provide so that we can respond to your request, provide support or conduct normal business operations.
Data Sales and Advertising
B&H Cook LLC does not sell personal information collected through Soteria PEVO™ and does not use Soteria PEVO™ operational data for third-party advertising.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the services we provide. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Soteria PEVO™ develops or as our legal and operational requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
